Common Reasons for Appointments:

Assessment for suspected Ehlers Danlos Syndrome & Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders. This typically takes 2-3 visits to review history, order testing, and confirm accurate diagnosis.

Ongoing management of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome symptoms and co-occurring conditions for those already diagnosed who need additional specialized support beyond what primary care is able to offer. This may also include management of commonly co-occurring mcas, pots, gastrointestinal concerns, nutritional deficiencies and more.

General care for other health conditions or undiagnosed/ unexplained symptoms. Do you have a growing list of symptoms that no one has been able to explain? Do you have a diagnosis, but no solid plan on how to feel better? Tasha would love to help you find answers and collaborate in developing a plan to get you feeling your best!

What to expect in an appointment?

We will discuss what prompted your appointment, past history, and your goals.

In addition to medical interventions (medications, labs, etc.) we will spend time on creative problem solving, noticing patterns in symptoms, and finding practical lifestyle tools to get you feeling your best. My goal is to provide you ongoing support in living an empowered & fulfilling life as someone who is experiencing complex chronic health conditions. This may include…

  • Prioritizing health & life goals

  • Defining what health & wellness mean to YOU

  • Gaining a better understanding of your health conditions

  • Coping with the stress and anxiety a chronic illness may bring

  • Being neurodivergent or chronically ill in the workplace

  • Navigating the healthcare system

  • Getting the most out of healthcare appointments

  • Learning how to communicate with providers to get the care you need

  • Creating a life that works with YOUR whole self

  • Using principles of creativity, curiosity, connection, & compassion to heal from burnout and live a thriving joy filled life

After your appointment the visit notes and plan discussed will be available to you on the patient portal. I believe we all should have easy access to our complete medical record for personal knowledge and to easily share with other providers. As such, I release my full visit notes to patients along with any diagnostic results.
