I sometimes have times later in the day than shows in the below scheduling widget. If you don’t see a time that works for you or have any questions feel free to send me a message.
All appointments are held via Telehealth (video visit) at this time.
If you prefer a phone call instead of video for the 15 minute prospective patient call please let me know when scheduling.
New patient appointments should be scheduled at least 7 days in advance to allow plenty of time for completing new patient forms.
Please plan to complete your new patient forms 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time so Tasha has time to review.
Payment:
New patients will receive a link to pay the appointment cost prior to your appointment.
Follow-ups are billed after the visit.
